About the Alliance
The Alliance of Open Life Science (“Alliance”) is a cross-regional, non-profit coalition which champions UNESCO’s Open Science principles, advocating openness, collaboration, exchange, and synergy to collectively advance life science research, and eventually human health and well-being. To achieve these objectives, the Alliance is building a global innovation network and collaborative mechanism that will drive breakthroughs in life science research, technological advancement, talent cultivation, and industrial innovation. The Alliance connects partners across borders through non-governmental exchanges, expands opportunities for international cooperation, and accelerates translation from discovery to impact and beyond.
