The Alliance Secretariat

The Alliance Secretariat is hosted and administered by Fudan University in Shanghai, China and carries out the day-to-day implementation of the Alliance work plan, as determined by the Council.

Hong Kong Regional Office

The Hong Kong Regional Office of the Alliance is hosted and managed by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Hong Kong, China. The office provides regional support to the Alliance as determined by the Council.

The Alliance Secretariat is based at Fudan University in Shanghai and is responsible for executing the operational activities and strategic initiatives approved by the Alliance Council. It ensures consistent coordination among member institutions facilitates communication and manages the implementation of collaborative projects in life sciences.
